We are looking for a passionate and collaborative business development director to join our AdTech & Publisher Partnerships team. Working closely with U.S. Head of AdTech & Publisher Partnerships, you will take a proactive role in fueling our growth by identifying and developing revenue opportunities with key AdTech platforms and publishers. 

The responsibilities of this role include establishing and cultivating new relationships with key AdTech platforms and publishers, building a pipeline of opportunities, closing deals, and building trusted relationships.  

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, strategic and solution-oriented rainmaker, looking to scale-up a truly unique AdTech offering in the largest global media market.

About the role

While SeenThis has been around for 4+ years, we are just beginning to scale-up our business in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced, motivated leader and collaborative team player to help us establish strong partnerships and exceed our ambitious revenue targets.  

    doneBuild trusted, revenue-generating relationships with key AdTech platforms and Publishers. 

    doneProactive outreach efforts and secure introduction meetings. 

    doneDevelop in-depth knowledge of SeenThis offerings to identify profitable media solutions for AdTech platforms and Publishers.

    doneBuild pipeline of new client opportunities, nurture and close opportunities, and lead onboarding of new partners.

    doneEnsure (and exceed) delivery of quarterly revenue targets.

    donePartner with Account Managers, and Technical/Delivery teams to drive ongoing/recurring revenue opportunities and proactively approach new prospects.


    done7-10 years in digital media, advertising, publishing, and/or platform sales

    doneProven track record delivering results, building relationships and collaborating with others

    doneTrack record of exceeding revenue and growth targets

    donePassion for building business and delivering value for our AdTech and Publisher partners

    doneExisting relationships with decision makers at AdTech platforms and Publishers

    doneStrong communications skills, and ability to speak with C-Level clients

    doneExperience working with CRM tools

    doneA passion for “owning it”, closing deals and winning as a team!

    doneBachelor’s Degree
