We are looking for an experienced, proactive and high energy Account Executive to join our fast-growing Website Optimizer team.
As an Account Executive, you will work directly with Website Optimizer top management in generating and closing new clients to meet our ambitious growth targets. In this role you will work across the organization and in close contact with all our departments. As you will play a central part in growing Website Optimizer, this is a given opportunity to be instrumental in developing and optimizing the sales organization with lots of room for increased responsibilities over a larger team over time.
What you will be doing
You will work as the commercial lead in establishing long-term relationships with C-level decision makers and refining our go-to-market strategy where your work can be split into areas such as:
doneProspect, identify and source new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads
doneEngage with commercial and technical decision makers (C-suite & mid-level) and lead them through the evaluation and buying process
doneNegotiate agreements with clients and support new customers through our on- boarding process
doneClose new opportunities with e-commerce companies ranging from 300m SEK to 10bn+ SEK in turnover
doneDrive customer success and upsell in existing customers
doneEstablish and manage local partnerships with intermediaries to accelerate and scale customer acquisition
Who you are
done4-7+ years of experience selling software or cloud-based applications to mid-to-large e-commerce companies
doneA successful track record of consistently hitting quotas of 10m+ SEK of Annual Recurring Revenue per year and averaging 8+ meetings per week
doneProven ability in establishing and managing C-level relationships with 1bn+ SEK turnover companies
donePro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment where you encounter and solve new problems daily
doneExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
doneDesire to play a central part in building something from the ground up and be first in bringing a unique technology to market
doneProficiency in both Swedish and English required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
doneEspecially meritorious if you have led a sales team and experience from building and scaling sales organizations globally
