Client Services Director
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join our growing team in the UK; working closely with the UK General Manager, you will take ownership for client campaign delivery & reporting operations in the UK.

About the role
We are hiring a Client Services Director to join our fast-growing & highly ambitious team here in the UK.
As Client Services Director you will take ownership of all client-facing delivery & reporting operations across the UK. The role will report to the UK General Manager and will be primarily supporting the UK business across sales & operations.
doneFocus on revenue-generating activities
doneOwnership of campaign delivery & reporting
doneDrive the successful delivery of client campaigns as the client’s main point of contact from creative receipt & delivery, to in-flight & post-campaign reporting
doneAcquire & build a thorough understanding of a client’s objectives and KPIs, working collaboratively with sales to deliver these objectives in full
doneLiaise with SeenThis Operations and Product Teams, providing guidance on client creative, reporting, and technical requirements
doneAct as a point of escalation for sales, troubleshooting client’s needs with Ad Operations and Product
doneBe curious & observant, interpret client data to identify new business opportunities and feedback into sales
doneCurate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the process of review with Product, Operations, and Sales
Qualifications & Desired Skill Set
done More than 7 years experience in media or advertising technology
doneAnalytical & problem-solver is a must
donePassion for nurturing business & delivering value for clients
doneExperience in documenting & communicating client requirements to stakeholders within the business
doneExperience in monitoring, assessing, and reporting client performance to internal & external stakeholders
doneThe ability to lead & deliver best-in-class service to a wide range of clients
doneHighly organised, including strong time-management (self-management)
doneStrong sense of initiative & personal ownership of role & responsibilities
