Operations Lead, U.S.
As the Operations Lead in the US market, you are the link between the Technical Account Management (TAM) team, other SeenThis departments and our customers.
You will be responsible for a team of TAMs, whose main task is to process and produce video ads in our very own production platform. As we are on a journey to become a global player and constantly expanding, we need a driven person with structural and visionary qualities who can motivate, develop and drive the TAM team in line with our ambitions.

About the role
In this role you will:
doneDevelop routines and processes for the TAM team that align with SeenThis’ expansion plan
doneMaintain ongoing contact with our customers to understand their needs
doneDevelop routines for the production of new ad formats and products
donePlan and prioritize ad production and lead the TAM team in their daily work
doneAs a Team Leader, you will also be the spider in the web between Sales and Tech – to ensure all ad deliveries are on time and with the highest possible quality
doneJointly develop the collaboration between Sales, TAM and Tech to simplify and streamline the production, our product and delivery
donePlan resource needs and recruitment
doneTake responsibility for training and coaching new employees within the Adops team
doneare driven by responsibility and constantly want to renew, develop and streamline processes
doneare service minded
donehave previous experience in the Adops profession and the digital media industry
