Partnerships Key Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced key account manager to join our growing team in the UK. Working closely with the UK Partnerships Director, you will take ownership for nurturing and growing revenue across our key publisher and AdTech accounts.

About the role

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to assume responsibility & grow revenue with UK based Publishers and AdTech companies we have worked extensively with over the past 2 years.

The Publisher and AdTech companies are live with our technology today. Your ability to deliver best in class service will be key to growing these accounts in-line with company targets.

Experience with publishers and ad tech vendors, coupled with demonstrable understanding of the digital landscape are minimum requirements for this role.

We are looking for people to join who are confident in their ability to add to a dynamic team whilst also comfortable working somewhat autonomously from home; the Publishers and AdTech companies are London-based, and this role will be based in our central London office when restrictions and common-sense permit.

Key Responsibilities

    doneBe the day-to-day contact for key client accounts

    donePractice consultative selling to secure and grow revenue from key accounts

    doneDeliver peerless customer service to all clients, all of the time

    doneEnsure materials and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

    doneServe as a link of communication between key customers and internal SeenThis teams

    donePrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key client metrics


    doneA demonstrable background in key account management 

    doneExperience in consultative-selling and providing solutions based on customer needs

    doneExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

    doneAbility to problem solve and negotiate
