This notice describes how we (SeenThis AB) use tracking technologies (“cookies”, for which purposes, and your choices regarding this use.

We use tracking technologies, including cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, browser local storage and similar technologies when you visit our websites (seenthis.co, sitestream.co or websites/portals provided to our business customers as part of providing our services – “Websites”). We do not use tracking technologies when you view or visit a web site or app which displays content with the help of our technology.

 

Our use of cookies

1. Necessary cookies

We may use cookies which are necessary to allow us to operate and provide the Websites to you upon your request. You may be able to set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but that can make parts of the site not work.

Stripe – if you make a purchase on our Sitestream website (sitestream.co), Stripe may in connection with your purchase set cookies which are necessary for payment, in accordance with Stripe’s terms and policies presented to you in the checkout. More information is available here.

2. Functional cookies

These cookies enable functions of the Websites you visit. During a session, or when you return to the Website, we can remember your preferences or username, or keep you logged in. If you disable these cookies we will not be able to provide you with the full functionality or convenience of our Websites.

Crisp – If you choose to contact us via chat on our Websites, our third party supplier Crisp will set functional cookies, in accordance with their privacy statement, e.g. to restore chat history and for the chat to work properly. These cookies are not used for tracking purposes, and are set to expire after a period of up to six (6) months. If you disable functional cookies, the chat function will lose functionality.

Stripe – if you make a purchase on our Sitestream website (sitestream.co), and elects to allow our payment services partner Stripe to remember you, Stripe will use cookies to link your web browser to your Stripe credentials and recognize you, in accordance with Stripe’s terms and policies presented to you in the checkout. Stripe may also in connection with your purchase set cookies for fraud prevention, security or other purposes. More information is available here.

3. Performance cookies (analytics)

3.1 Websites – We use third party analytics services to help us understand your and other website visitor’s usage of our Websites. This statistical data helps us analyse how the Websites are accessed, used or performing in order to maintain, operate and continually improve our Websites and services, e.g. by counting visits and track traffic to understand e.g. which pages are the most popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and, therefore, anonymous to us. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not be able to improve your and other visitor’s website experience.

Google Analytics – please find information on use of Google Analytics here. Google cookies are set for a duration of one (1) day and up to two (2) years.

Hotjar – please find information on use of Hotjar here. Hotjar cookies are set for a duration of thirty (30) minutes up to one (1) year.

3.2 SeenThis Services – We use third party analytics services when you use our services through SeenThis’ portal as a business customer, for improving the services.

PostHog – please find information here. PostHog cookies are set for up to one (1) year.

4. Marketing cookies

We use third party services to serve ads using retargeting and similar methods. These cookies are set and used by our advertising partners to display relevant marketing material to you on other websites, based on identifying your browser and device. If you don’t allow these cookies, advertising displayed to you on other websites will not be based on your visit or behaviour on our Websites, and we will not be able to use your visit for targeting purposes.

Information about Albacross’ processing of data

We inform you regarding the processing of personal data on behalf of Albacross Nordic AB (“Albacross”).

Information collected from cookies set in your device that qualify as personal data will be processed by Albacross, a platform offering visitor identification and ad targeting services with offices in Stockholm and Krakow. Please see below for full contact details.

The purpose for the processing of the personal data is that it enables Albacross to improve a service rendered to us and our website (e.g “Intent” service), by adding data to their database about companies. The Albacross database will in addition to “Intent Data” be used for targeted advertising purposes towards companies and for this purpose data will be transferred to third-party data service providers. For the purpose of clarity, targeted advertising regards companies, not towards individuals.

The data that is collected and used by Albacross to achieve this purpose is information about the IP address from which you visited our website and technical information that enables Albacross to tell apart different visitors from the same IP address. Albacross stores the domain from form input in order to correlate the IP address with your employer.
